The menu at Sushi Yoi almost reads like a Game of Thrones summary. The house sushi menu brims with different dragon breeds, all of them edible. The crowd-pleasing Spider Dragon Roll, for instance, comes stuffed with deep-fried soft shell crab and deep-fried unagi layered on top. There are even rolls for vegetarians, including the Mango Dragon Roll filled with yam tempura and avocado; it’s of course crowned in mango slices.

To complement the eclectic array of sushi, the chefs whip up other classic Japanese dishes. These range from sashimi and nigiri, made with seafood including sockeye salmon and smelt roe, to chicken teriyaki and heaping bowls of udon noodles.
