Karma Teachers is on 45 WEST HASTINGS on the top floor of a heritage building in Gastown. We have over 3000 sq.ft. of beautiful studio space with high ceilings, hardwood floors, brick and timber construction. Non gendered washrooms, changing rooms, water station, mats and props are all available for your enjoyment. Please note our back alley entrance between West Hastings and Cordova. Please enter through Abbott St. and find the black door with the 45 WEST sign. Use the Buzzer if the door is locked or call. We offer over 70 classes per week. The most yoga classes under one roof in all of Vancouver. We have 3 separate yoga rooms offering diverse yoga styles from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Ecstatic, Kundalini, Vipassana Meditation, Mindfulness meditation, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Sacred Hatha, Jivamukti, Vijnana, Level II Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pre-natal and even daily outdoors yoga in the summer. We also offer workshops for yoga teachers and serious yoga students like Dance Workshops, Transformations: Healing Your Life, Yin with Live Music, Forgiveness workshops, Ashtanga workshops, Tensegrity, Yin Teacher Training, Hatha Teacher Training, Kids Rainbow Yoga Teacher Training.
