As you walk past the trickling waterfall and through the double doors at Pinch of Spice, you’re greeted by a decidedly contemporary setup. A rounded bar sits off to one side, and pops of color fill the restaurant in the form of red leather chairs and cool blue lighting.

This modern decor doesn’t necessarily tip the restaurant’s hand, but Pinch of Spice specializes in traditional Indian cuisine. Back in the kitchen, the chefs put the tandoor ovens to hard work, roasting meats for chicken tikka and various kebabs. And the chefs’ expertise shines through in goat, lamb, and seafood dishes. But the menu features plenty of non-meat dishes, too, including paneer butter masala and mushroom tikka masala.
