For option 1, service on houses over 3,000 square feet and/or over 3 stories high is subject to a surcharge.
Option 1, vouchers may alternatively be used as a $100 credit towards a full house wash package or power washing and sealing of concrete. Most homes are an average of $450 for a full house power-washing package. The average price for washing and sealing of concrete is $700. A full house wash includes gutters, windows, siding, driveway, sidewalks, and decks.
Window washing service includes soap, water and brush.
Option 2 is valid for up to a 4 car driveway and 2 sidewalks for a total of 100 feet in length.
Oil stain removal/rust or paint marks cleaned or buffed is also subject to surcharges. Please contact merchant for specific details.
Additional fees may apply for the cleaning of: deck/patio/railing/retaining walls or any other surface directly attached to the concrete.
All areas to be cleaned must be free of any items such as: vehicles/planters/furniture/garbage cans. In addition, a towel must be placed along the bottom of doors, on the inside, as well as directly beside any concrete surface to be cleaned, prior to service.
Cracks/discoloration/missing stones/sunken concrete or mismanagement of water drain systems needs to be examined prior to service.
For option 2, merchant offers additional options for protecting customer’s concrete from elements and giving it a glossy look while serving a worthwhile purpose without causing the sheen to be slippery; please contact merchant directly for more details.
