You might suspect that Roxyburger’s specialty is its burgers, also one of the foods most conducive to culinary experimentation. Even given all that, the range of adventurous ingredients that appear between kaiser rolls at this eatery is surprising. Chefs layer grilled portions of Angus beef, lamb, salmon, tuna, and buffalo with egg, bacon, and beetroot or banana peppers and pineapple. Each burger comes with their signature cut-to-order fries, which can be upgraded with a scoop of cheddar and bacon or turned into poutine. When not sizzling up patties, chefs focus on veggie spring rolls, jalapeno bites, and other foods conducive to nibbling or trying to feed to a VCR.
