Yo Ramen! boasts a menu of ramen, rice, and seaweed-encased rolls. Chefs simmer cauldrons of salt-, soy-, and miso-based broths with fleets of ramen noodles and fresh fixings. Rice creations include bibimbap topped with beef, veggies, and red chili paste or hwe dup bap laden with raw fish instead of beef. Carrots, spinach, cooked egg, and yellow pickled radish can be found at the core of the restaurant’s 10-piece rolls, whereas triangular kimbap pockets carry tender beef.
