It pays to plan a visit to Handi Cuisine of India a day ahead of time. If you do, you can order the Tandoori Raan, a whole leg of lamb marinated for 24 hours in yogurt, ginger, and other Indian spices. It’s grilled in a traditional clay oven, or tandoor, and served on a majestic platter befitting an entire lamb leg.

The eatery serves lower-commitment dishes, too, of course. Their culinary team especially loves East Indian cuisine, but diners can still find all the Indian restaurant staples they know and love. Palak paneer, for instance, or coconut-based prawn Goa curry from India’s smallest state, save for Shahrukh Khan, a state unto himself.
