1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Guan Yin medicine offers all the facets of Chinese medicine; acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, cupping, food therapy, Qi Gong, counselling, and others. We use a holistic compliment of techniques, not just acupuncture, to treat our patients based on their needs.
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start Guan Yin came from the need I perceive for health care to provide honest, safe, and side effect free treatment, where each patient is treated respectfully and compassionately, and allowed to understand the root and nature of their illness.
3. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people with problems that other health care providers have deemed untreatable. I love being able to help patients with whatever problems they present me, large or small.
4. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
When a patient is happy, when they’ve improved their ability to enjoy life, and most of all when someone has become empowered to improve life for themselves, then I feel satisfied as a health care provider.
