YVR DEALS: Vancouver to Honduras or Nicaragua, $391 roundtrip after taxes
I just saw this incredible flight deal posted over at our friends Chris Myden’s site YVR Deals.
United/Continental just drastically dropped the price of their flights to the following cities in an unadvertised fare drop…
Tegucigalpa, Honduras (TGU)
San Pedro Sula, Honduras (SAP)
Managua, Nicaragua (MGA)From Vancouver, if you can get to Central America for around $700 or slightly less, you’ve done better than most ever will. Prices in the $300’s are pretty much unheard of.
The range of affected prices looks to be in September, October, November.
Here are some example searches on Kayak to each city, in late November (good time to go, dry season).
In each search, I would recommend clicking on ‘Multiple Airlines’ to use a combination of United and Continental. It seems to give far better flight times.
