Amanda Kerr Photography captures fleeting moments and moveable memories with artistic shots. With today’s Groupon, buyers get a chance to learn the tricks of the trade from a friendly, professional photographer during a two-hour instructional photo walk. The first roll of 60 minutes is filled with instructional camera training to get customers fully acquainted with their digital point-and-shoot or DSLR. With the menu options mastered, participants take it to the streets with a 60-minute photo walk in either Gastown/Waterfront or Granville Island/False Creek. Along the flash-spotted stroll, a professional photographer will offer hands-on instruction to help craft creative shots. Each photo walk will have no more than five people, so while this means more individual attention, it also means that a six-person wheelbarrow race will never come to pass. Once all the shots are safely enmeshed within a digital cocoon, participants will receive access to a password-protected online gallery for image viewing and colour correcting.
