À la carte selections skim South American coasts and pastures with succulent bites of steamed mussels and chorizo in white-wine-butter sauce ($9) or fruit-salsa-clad Carmen Miranda halibut over jasmine rice ($29). Hungrier diners can opt for the all-you-can-eat rodízio buffet, a Brazilian dining tradition ($14–$16 for lunch, $29–$32 for dinner). The rodízio’s meat-bearing passadores flock to patrons’ cries for steak, presenting wares directly from their churrascaria skewers’ rotating selection of cuts. All dinner entrees and buffets include a salad bar for mixed-green nibblers and unruly pocket rabbits.
