I’m think it’s only for SPC card holders, but it doesn’t mention or say anything about it in the fine print. Some of the other companies on the same page with deals clearly mention it’s for SPC card holders only. The Foot Locker deal doesn’t say anything so if you don’t have a SPC Card, you’re welcome to try it out and let us know how it goes.

If you’re not a student, but want a SPC card, read my previous post about how you can get a VIP SPC card for Free. The VIP SPC card allows anyone to use it. The regular SPC card is only for students. I ordered a VIP SPC card a couple weeks ago and just got it in the mail.
